Based in Ashby de La Zouch, ETS was founded in 2013 by Tom Bennett, a former professional Lifeguard. Tom is a Trainer Assessor and mentor with the Royal Lifesaving Society UK (RLSS UK) and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Tom’s extensive background spans more than a decade in lifeguarding and first aid, and his qualifications include being a Rugby Football Union (RFU) Educator, where he has trained teams like the Leicester Tigers coaching staff and institutions like Nottingham Trent University.

Our approach ensures that every course is hands-on, immersive, and adaptable to your unique needs—whether for individual skill-building, team compliance, or full-scale organisational training.

Ofqual Regulated First Aid & highfield recognised E-Learning courses

Elite Training Solutions mission is to provide the highest quality training to our staff and candidates. Our Trainers are Qualified to Ofqual standards through The Royal Lifesaving Society UK. All ETS training courses are recognised nationally. We offer Highfield recognised E-learning courses, which are recognised widely throughout the UK. We are accredited educators for the Rugby Football Union (RFU) to deliver their Rugby Safe First Aid training courses and the Play it Safe Safeguarding courses.

We are an approved training centre with the Royal Lifesaving Society UK. This guarantees that the qualifications we provide are genuine and meet the latest guidelines in accordance with the First Aid Awarding organisation forum FAAOF. We offer a full range of courses from First Aid at Work, Paediatric First Aid to manual handling courses.
