With over 15 years experience, Elite Training Solutions (ETS) is a First Aid and E-Learning business compliance training provider. We are based in Ashby De La Zouch. ETS was set up by Tom Bennett in 2013. Tom was a qualified professional Lifeguard for over 15 years and is still qualified as a Lifeguard Trainer Assessor and Mentor for the Royal Lifesaving Society. Tom qualified as an Rugby Football Union (RFU) Educator in 2018 delivering grass routes Rugby First Aid and Safeguarding training on behalf of the RFU. Tom is always keen to add to his portfolio of skills and update his knowledge.

Tom recently completed a brief stint as a Community Educator with Leicestershire Fire & Rescue Service, whilst doing so he completed a First Responder qualification and a teaching degree, Tom regularly utilises his experiences within training courses, this is to ensure that all training is enjoyable, engaging and is realistic as possible for all learners to give them the key skills and knowledge to succeed.

To give our clients Peace of mind we ensure that all their Instructors don’t just hold the relevant qualifications, they also have real life experience in applying the skills they are teaching.

Onsite training is available for both theory and practical sessions.
