National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Swadlincote (Weekend Course)

The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is the starting point for anyone wanting to gain employment as a lifeguard anywhere in the UK. A full forty hour course will teach you rescue techniques, emergency first aid, personal safety and the legislation that protects you and leisure service users.

People that undertake this course will leave having learned not only how to be a lifeguard, but life skills including: teamwork, organisation, communication, leadership and resilience, that will stay with them forever. Our courses are run by experienced Trainers/Assessors with extensive experience of the leisure industry.

The venue is a sports college community venue with free parking available for all candidates. This course is a five day course some course dates are over 5 days either as an intense course or are over consecutive weekends. We are a leading provider of this qualification in the East Midlands with a team of excellent tutors. Cost per learner £270.00

Pre-requisites, candidates must be:
•16 years old before the last date of the course.
•Able to swim a minimum of 100 metres on their back and front continuously.
•Able to swim 50 metres in 60 seconds.

This course will be held over the weekends of  14-15th, 21-22nd October Assessment on the 28th October, learners must be able to attend all sessions.
