In 2013, Tom a Former Lifeguard founded Elite Training Solutions, providing professional First Aid training and business compliance services to organisations across the local area of Ashby De La Zouch and surrounding areas. Over the years, Elite Training Solutions has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, practical training that helps businesses keep their staff safe, confident and compliant.

In 2021, Julian a qualified Personal Trainer launched Storme Hub, which has quickly become one of the area’s leading HYROX training facilities. Since opening its doors, Storme Hub has grown into a vibrant fitness community, helping members of all abilities achieve their goals through expert coaching and a supportive environment.

When Julian was establishing Storme Hub, he turned to Tom’s expertise to ensure his team received the highest standard of First Aid training. That professional relationship has continued to flourish, with Tom recently returning to carry out staff renewal training at the gym.

It’s a fantastic example of how local businesses can support one another, creating lasting partnerships that benefit both organisations and the wider community.
